General Questions

1. How do I order? Top
  If you are a veterinarian, you may place an order by calling our toll-free number 1-800-728-1654, or by printing and faxing our on-line order form to
1-859-406-1200.

If you are an animal owner and your veterinarian has prescribed prescription medicines or compounded medications for your animal, please ask your veterinarian to phone in your prescription to our toll-free number 1-800-728-1654, or to print and fax our on-line order form with your animal’s information to 1-859-406-1200. We will also need your shipping and billing information by phone call or fax. If your veterinarian authorizes refills you may contact us directly as needed.		  
2. What are your hours? Top
  We are open Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern time and Saturday 9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon.  
3. How long will it take to get my order? Top
  If we receive your order by 2:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday, we will ship most items the same day. We will always try to accommodate emergency shipments. We are committed to providing the highest standards in customer service.  
4. What will shipping charges cost? Top
  It is our policy to pay UPS Ground shipping charges on all orders totaling $100.00 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders less than $100.00, outside the contiguous United States (Hawaii, Alaska, etc), or orders with more expedited time requirements will be charged for the exact shipping charges.  
5. Can you ship to all States? Top
  We currently hold pharmacy permits in all States which require one in order for us to ship prescription medicines, with the exception of Arkansas, Alaska, and Hawaii. We ship non-prescription products and medications to all states.
