Prescription Order Requirements

Veterinarian

As a veterinarian, we invite you visit the secure "veterinarian only" area of our site which allows you to access professional and veterinarian-specific information, view available products and conveniently place any orders you may have online. 
 
Since this is a secure area, we initially require the completion of a short registration form to verify your current veterinary licensure. Once this information has been received and verified, you will only need to provide your username and password in future visits to gain access.

Consumer

As a consumer, you are able to place your prescription order online by using our website. However, to have the order fully processed and filled, your veterinarian will have to first verify its authenticity by either calling the Rood and Riddle Veterinary Pharmacy phone number below or by downloading and faxing in the ‘Prescription Verification Form’ listed below.
