All damages, shortages, or other discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact RRVP right away, keep all original packaging, and photograph the shipment so a claim can be processed. UPS requires images of the outside of the box, the shipping label, and the damaged item or items inside the box. These photos must be taken before any packaging or product is discarded. Items approved for return must be sent back before a refund can be issued.
