This combination of medications is a sterile inhalation solution that can be prescribed for respiratory conditions such as recurrent airway obstruction (RAO), also known as heaves.

Albuterol is a beta 2 agonist, Cromolyn is a mast cell stabilizer, Ipratropium is an anticholinergic agent, and Budesonide is a corticosteroid. Each mL of sterile nebulizing solution contains Albuterol Sulfate 18mcgs / Cromolyn Sodium 4mg/ Ipratropium Bromide 0.1mg/ Budesonide 0.15mg. This is a compounded formulation.
