Mirtazapine was first created to be used as an anti-depressants in humans, however since its creation it was discovered that it’s extremely effective in stimulating the appetite of various household pets. It is commonly prescribed by vets to dogs suffering with kidney failure and stomach problems, and is also used to prevent nausea associated with cancer treatment.
